How it works
Three steps, one mediator.
The town publishes
We add an underused space to the network after a free site survey 100% digital onboarding, remotely. Photos, description, regulatory notes.
We mediate
We receive requests, assess feasibility, connect town and organizer. Without extra middlemen.
The event happens
The agreement is signed. No commission: whoever books pays with PagoPA and the money goes straight into the municipality's treasury.
Rural Pop-Up only mediates rentals. We don't run the events ourselves: we just connect people who own a space with people who need one.

Rural Pop-Up was born from Rural Startup Studio, a digital workshop based in Lequio Berria. We work on the network of underused public spaces with a stated goal: bringing new energy to rural Italy, especially through generational renewal in the 18-35 bracket.
