How it works
Three steps, one mediator.
The town publishes
We add an underused space to the network after a free site survey. Photos, description, regulatory notes.
We mediate
We receive requests, assess feasibility, connect town and organizer. Without extra middlemen.
The event happens
The agreement is signed. Only on success do we charge a small percentage. No fixed costs, ever.
Rural Pop-Up only mediates rentals. We don't run the events ourselves: we just connect people who own a space with people who need one.

Rural Pop-Up was born from Rural Startup Studio, a digital workshop based in Lequio Berria. We work on the network of underused public spaces with a stated goal: bringing new energy to rural Italy, especially through generational renewal in the 18-35 bracket.
