Between the Oratorio di San Francesco and the Gipsoteca Comunale Gioachino Chiesa (Gioachino Chiesa Municipal Gallery) is a charming confined space, once used as a vegetable garden by the Luigine Sisters who ran the nearby nursery school. After careful landscaping, this area was transformed into a terraced amphitheatre overlooking the beautiful Tanaro river valley, offering a breathtaking view.
Over the years, the Associazione Anforianus has built a permanent sail-shaped stage, with a wooden structure, designed to host events and performances during the warm season. The semi-transparent, concave-shaped backdrop evokes a sail inflated by the wind, improving the acoustics of the venue and allowing the audience to enjoy the view without visual interference.
This stage, appreciated for its beauty and functionality, has seen numerous internationally renowned artists perform, enriching the area's cultural life with major theatrical and musical events. A corner of the area that, with its natural charm, makes every event truly special.
The cost of use is to be assessed according to the type of event.
