Privacy Notice

This notice is provided pursuant to arts. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code). It applies to personal data processing carried out by Welance Ventures Italia S.r.l. (hereinafter also "Rural Pop-up"), with registered office in Lequio Berria (CN), Via San Michele no. 18, VAT 04021150042, as Data Controller, through the website https://rural-pop-up.com and its services.

2. Types of data processed

We process data you voluntarily provide by filling out the forms on the Site (e.g. space visit request, municipality contact request, dance festivals manual download). Typically: first name, last name, email, phone number, reference Municipality/Region, role, free-form message. We also process browsing data collected automatically by web servers (IP address, user-agent, visited pages, timestamp) and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, if accepted via cookie banner).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to: a) respond to requests sent via forms (space visit, municipality contact, network enrolment, manual download) — legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR); b) send you updates about the service or content you have explicitly requested (e.g. dance festivals manual) and, with your explicit consent, subsequent communications — legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR); c) comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR); d) protect our rights in legal proceedings — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Data provision

Providing the data required in the forms (those marked with *) is necessary for us to follow up: without them we cannot respond to your request. All other data is optional.

5. Recipients of data

Your data may be disclosed to: — employees and collaborators of Welance Ventures Italia authorised to process data; — technical providers acting as Data Processors under art. 28 GDPR (hosting, cloud infrastructure, email provider, analytics and support tools); — Municipalities and space owners your specific request refers to, limited to what is necessary to follow up; — competent authorities where required by law. Your data is not sold to third parties nor used for automated advertising profiling.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some technical providers (e.g. cloud providers) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we ensure the adequacy of the transfer through adequacy decisions by the European Commission or, failing that, through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to art. 46 GDPR.

7. Retention period

We retain data: — for the time needed to fulfil your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless you explicitly consent to further retention; — for 10 years for accounting/tax purposes, where applicable; — for the time needed to assert or defend a right in legal proceedings.

The Site uses technical cookies needed for operation and, subject to consent, third-party cookies for anonymous statistics (Google Tag Manager) and support widgets (Chatwoot). You can manage preferences via the banner on first access or through your browser settings.
