With no fixed fee, we advertise and manage public space reservations for small municipalities in provinces all over italy. We do everything, it only takes 3 steps:

How come we do not charge a monthly fee?
Rural Pop-up charges a small fee for each successful reservation, directly from the tenant.

The most-booked space in our first months. The hall was already known in the village, but since being online it's used by many more — including people from outside, with ideas that wouldn't have arrived before: private celebrations, cultural gatherings, activations that diversified the calendar. The audience widened — and now we know it's there. A real public we can also engage to reactivate other rural places.

Visibility doesn't only bring bookings: it brings diverse uses, ideas, and an audience we can also carry to other places.
The hall was already there. The extra people, ideas and energy came when the space got a place to exist online — including beyond the village.

Booking System
Automatic bookings with PagoPA.
We're building a booking system with automatic payments through PagoPA, the official channel of Italian Public Administration. A monthly fee applies only if you activate this option, to cover the payments infrastructure and automatic reconciliation. All other Rural Pop-Up plans remain with no fixed fee.
What changes with PagoPA

Certain public spaces owned by the municipality are suitable for the community:private individuals, companies and associations.
In particular, our project is space-saving for:
- Medium-Large Events (for sports activities, concerts, retreats/business activities, etc.)
Various halls and lounges, squares, parks and panoramic points of interest. - Medium and Small Events (for rides, creative activities, shows, festivals, etc.)
Various shops and lounges, gardens, offices, towns and picnic areas. - Hospitality Accommodation, hostels, hotels, campsites and picnic / equipped areas.
- Food and drinks bars, restaurants, old towns, game rooms, etc.
- Sport sports camps, equipped sports areas, MTB trails, special rides,
- Children swimming pools, adventure parks, slide parks, game parks, green spaces
- Crafts (also digital) laboratories, boathouses, palaces, huts, exhibition centers, etc.
- Remote work offices, meeting rooms, coworking spaces, etc.
- Historic spaces in decadence castles, churches and places that require public participation and awareness.
- Small Activities in the closing phase with the consequence risk of loss of local services.
We know that there is and that nothing hurts: unpleasant events caused by alcohol abuse, rotten glass and doors, the " things that get lost" or even just the annoyance of silence in the small country.
We have not thrown away the magic wand and we are not private investigators, but -at any time- we will contact the municipality to confirm the rules and use of the spaces .
In short, we try to distribute responsibility to those who have to take it, and always have a convention that regulates the agreements between the landlord and the tenant: everything black over white!
The first visit and our initial effort, sponsored by the 🇮🇹 Italian government, is the PNRR band that we will win by June 2024 (💰 64,398.80 euros in total, of which 24,000 are destined to collect the material ). By 2025, we hope to be economically autonomous!
The town must only devote about two hours and will not pay more for the service, not a fixed amount.
