Rural Pop-Up Events APS
Open a door. Bring the village together.
Rural Pop-Up Events APS works with municipalities, local associations and communities to bring people back to unused properties. A celebration can be the first step; a digital Custodian keeps the conversation going.
Reactivation events
The village is celebrating. Let’s open one more door.
A patron saint’s day, a food festival or another village celebration: start with an occasion that already brings people together. With the municipality and local organisations, plan a temporary opening to introduce a space and gather ideas for its future.
Choose the occasion
A patron saint’s day or a local celebration, working with its organisers.
Introduce the property
Visits, gatherings or temporary activities, agreed around the space and its opening conditions.
Meet those who could continue
Residents, associations and potential operators: gather ideas to explore after the event.
I Custodi · the association’s digital project
After the celebration, the place still has a voice.
A digital Custodian is a chat with a place: an artificial voice that shares its history and collects memories and proposals. Meet it online or through a QR code on the door, preparing the way for people to meet.
A first connection, even behind closed doors.
One QR, one place
On the door or online: an entry point to the place’s digital voice.
Stories and proposals
Ask, remember and imagine: a conversation to discover a place and suggest its next chapter.
From chat to people
The association supports the dialogue; decisions about the property remain with the municipality.

An unused property and a village celebration coming up?
Rural Pop-Up Events APS runs events and I Custodi. Joining the free I Custodi project does not require purchasing Welance’s commercial Rural Pop-Up services or publishing a catalogue listing.
