Rural DIGITAL is free: we bring your municipality and its spaces online at no cost. You pay only if the municipality wants to collect booking payments with PagoPA, with one of these two options. No commission: the money goes straight into the municipality's treasury.

Booking System
Bookings and payments with PagoPA.
Whoever books pays with PagoPA, the official channel of Italian Public Administration, and the money goes straight into the municipality's treasury: no commission. The municipality pays Rural Pop-Up only the fee, which covers the payments infrastructure and automatic reconciliation.

Any public space owned by the municipality that is worth opening up to the community: private individuals, companies and associations.
In particular, our project focuses on spaces for:
- Medium to large events (sports, concerts, retreats and corporate activities, etc.)
Multi-purpose halls, squares, parks and scenic viewpoints. - Small and medium events (courses, leisure activities, exhibitions, parties, etc.)
Multi-purpose halls, gardens, offices, vegetable gardens and picnic areas. - Hospitality Accommodation, hostels, hotels, campsites and picnic / equipped areas.
- Food and drink bars, restaurants, old premises, games rooms, etc.
- Sport sports fields, equipped sports areas, MTB trails, special routes,
- Kids swimming pools, adventure parks, sledging slopes, playgrounds, green areas
- Crafts (digital too) workshops, sawmills, small buildings, sheds, disused factories, etc.
- Remote work offices, meeting rooms, coworking spaces, etc.
- Historic places falling into disrepair castles, churches and places that need public involvement and awareness.
- Small businesses about to close, with the resulting risk of losing local services.
We know these things happen and nobody likes them: trouble caused by heavy drinking, broken glass and doors, things that " go missing", or simply noise disturbing the peace of a small village.
We don't have a magic wand and we're not private investigators, BUT -for every booking- we contact the municipality to confirm the rules and what each space may be used for .
In short, we make sure responsibility lies with whoever should bear it, and there is always an agreement that sets out the arrangements between welance and the end user: everything in black and white!
Since then we have supported ourselves through the PagoPA booking fee, paid by municipalities that want to collect payments online.
Activating the municipality is free: we only ask it to set aside about two hours, remotely, to show us its spaces and for an interview. Space prices are indicative (“from … €”) and can change with the number of guests, the conditions and the season. No commission: whoever books pays with PagoPA and the money goes straight into the municipality's treasury. To coordinate with the municipality we ask for at least 10 days' notice for visits and events.
