Located in the heart of Monferrato, Palazzo Volta is a prestigious example of historic architecture, deeply tied to the local tradition of Pietra da Cantoni, a distinctive element that has shaped the region's urban and landscape fabric.
Donated by the Curia of Casale in the early 2000s, the palace dates back to the second half of the 17th century, when it served as a parish house. Today, it houses the Ecomuseum of Pietra da Cantoni and stands as a monument of great historical and artistic significance. Recent restorations have uncovered a captivating loggia with Pietra da Cantoni columns, spread across two floors, as well as a large terraced garden supported by an impressive stepped retaining wall, still intact.
Available event spaces include:
- The internal courtyard, offering a splendid view of Palazzo Volta, perfect for outdoor events in a historical and refined setting.
- The museum’s main hall, enhanced by the presence of an infernot, a unique underground room carved from Pietra da Cantoni, without light or ventilation, ideal for an exclusive experience.
- The rear garden, a green retreat that complements this extraordinary venue.
A timeless setting that will make any event unforgettable, from formal gatherings to social occasions.
