Within the sports area by the Tanaro river, there are two courts once used for Tennis and Pallapugno in a state of semi-abandonment. The courts are damaged by time and neglect but still usable. Between them a green lawn expands their square footage. They are fenced and equipped with benches, the toilets are functional as the adjacent football pitch is currently used and maintained by the Clavesana Calcio Sports Association. Extraordinary maintenance work is needed, and the public administration is willing to put the area under multi-year management. However, for large-scale events, the area can be used immediately.

Scuola materna - piano rialzato

The building was the former nursery school of the village, which was abandoned after a new one was built following the great flood of 1994. The first mezzanine floor is currently accessible, while the basement floor is not. The building is spacious and has the typical architecture of a kindergarten, with small toilets and cosy spaces. Currently used as a warehouse by the pro loco, the mayor intends to make it available to associations, spontaneous groups and small events that need it. There is a large fenced garden that can also be used.

Salone consiliare polivalente - Municipio Madonna della Neve

A spacious hall inside the new Clavesana town hall, in the centre of the hamlet of Madonna della Neve. Often used as a location for civil weddings, it is equipped with chairs and microphones with speakers. Very bright, it is suitable for various kinds of events (bearing in mind that it is inside an institutional building). Well connected and equipped with services in the vicinity.

Piazzetta Surie

Travelling along the scenic road from Clavesana towards Murazzano, you come to this small hamlet about 10 km from the town centre. All the houses have been abandoned but the characteristic little square in front of the church of Sant'Anna, known for its two bell towers, remains accessible and available for use. It is a widening adjacent to the road, bordered by the walls of old farmsteads, level and paved. The parish church is very beautiful and just behind it, the consortium of local winegrowers has recovered the premises of the former primary schools to use it as a tasting room and location for planned events.

Piazzetta Ghigliani

A pretty little square in front of the church with a breathtaking view of the Monregalese valleys, the Clavesana hills and the Alpine arc. It has a picnic table with benches, located under a vine pergola. The small square is paved and spacious, the panoramic provincial road passes in front and next to it is a lovely agriturismo with rooms open by reservation. We are about 2.5 km from the town centre.

Salone Consiliare - Museo Etnografico

This splendid furnished and frescoed hall is located on the first floor of a very exclusive location: the Historical Ethnographic and Tradition Museum of the municipality of Clavesana. The historical building located in the old town houses a large collection of tools, documents and evidence of the local farming culture and prehistoric settlements in the area. The hall has often been used to celebrate civil weddings and is suitable for prestigious occasions. Very bright due to the large windows, it is equipped with chairs and an amplification system.

Belvedere dello Sbaranzo

It is a beautiful, very large open-air square, recently repaved with cobblestones, overlooking the hills of the Langa monregalese. It is equipped with benches and an recycling area, with easy access for the disabled. In addition to the widening, it has a belvedere terrace, where it is possible to sit and admire the panorama of the hills and the Alpine arc. On a slightly lower level are two regulation bocce courts in good condition and usable. The small square is pretty and spacious, surrounded by small trees. It is important to point out that adjacent is an old family-run trattoria, with typical dishes and very competitive prices, frequented by the community. It is open every day except Monday.

Piazzetta San Bartolomeo

It is a small paved square adjacent to the pretty church of San Bartolomeo, 1.5 km from the town centre. It has no architectural elements preventing the erection of structures and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. There are inhabited houses in the vicinity. It is a totally open-air area

Salone Polivalente

Large open space lounge, with high ceiling and bright windows. It is equipped with chairs and tables (planks) at the disposal of users and a sound system on request. It is located in an inner courtyard in the lower part of the village (Frazione Madonna della Neve) right behind the municipal library and next to the kindergarten. It is therefore possible to request the small courtyard of the kindergarten from the municipality as a children's area during the event. The building is divided into two separate areas: the hall and the kitchen. The latter is 2 metres away from the former and is a professionally equipped kitchen with indoor toilets, capable of supporting large events. The toilets in the hall can be accessed from outside.
