The building was the former nursery school of the village, which was abandoned after a new one was built following the great flood of 1994. The first mezzanine floor is currently accessible, while the basement floor is not. The building is spacious and has the typical architecture of a kindergarten, with small toilets and cosy spaces. Currently used as a warehouse by the pro loco, the mayor intends to make it available to associations, spontaneous groups and small events that need it.
